On Wednesday, we welcomed our friends at Epic Games for an office tour. We were able to have them meet most of the Spaces Crew and provide a brief demonstration of what we do.

Another fabulous event at Imaginary Spaces!

Alice, our awesome QA extraordinaire, hosted a brilliant team event bringing lots of laughs to our Thursday afternoon. Everyone sent in a fun fact or proud accomplishment about themselves while others simply claimed to be “a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan”. With this information, we attempted to collectively assign each entry to the person. There were a lot more surprises than correct guesses. It was a fun way to share time on a Thursday afternoon!

Un autre événement fabuleux chez espaces imaginaires!

Alice, notre formidable QA extraordinaire, a organisé un événement d'équipe brillant qui a fait beaucoup rire notre équipe. Tout le monde a envoyé un fait amusant ou un accomplissement fier d'eux-mêmes tandis que d'autres ont simplement écrit "un grand fan de Buffy the Vampire Slayer". Avec ces informations, nous avons tenté d'attribuer collectivement chaque entrée à la personne. Il y a eu beaucoup plus de surprises que de bonnes réponses. C'était une façon amusante de partager du temps un jeudi après-midi!

Another great team event at Imaginary Spaces!

This time around, we tried our hand at Mini-putt at Golf Dorval. We coined the term “Billi-putt” as the day looked more like a game of Billiards.

At Imaginary Spaces, we believe that these events are essential for our team. Looking forward to the next one!



Un autre grand événement d'équipe chez -imaginaires!

Cette fois-ci, nous avons joué une partie de Mini-putt au golf de Dorval. Nous avons inventé le terme "Billi-putt" car la journée ressemblait plus à une partie de billard.

Last week we celebrated Liam’s last day as an intern at Imaginary-Spaces. Liam has been such an integral part of our team, so much so that he has agreed to join us next year! We wish you the utmost success in your studies.

A fun new game for Zoom, “Your Microphone is Muted!”

Last week, Mayank, our QA Analyst, led this month’s employee engagement event. A lot of laughter was shared as each individual had a chance to ironically mute themselves in a game of charades but with lip reading. Being on mute has been a common occurrence in our Zoom meetings at Imaginary Spaces which made this game very relevant!

La semaine dernière, Mayank, notre analyste QA, a dirigé l'événement d'engagement des employés de ce mois-ci. Beaucoup de rires ont été partagés car chaque individu a eu la chance de se couper ironiquement dans un jeu de charades mais avec une lecture sur les lèvres. Être en sourdine est un phénomène courant lors de nos réunions Zoom, ce qui a rendu ce jeu très pertinent!
