October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month (Cyber Month) in Canada!
⚠ Did you know... over 85% of Canadian companies were affected by successful cyberattacks in 2021?
Security assessment isn’t a one-off check. It’s an ongoing process implemented by a cybersecurity team that involves the following four steps:
1. Identifying all assets including systems, servers, data and applications, and vulnerabilities associated with them
2. Assessing the possible impacts of threats on business continuity
3. Creating a mitigation strategy and plan, deploying security controls for each risk
4. Cycling through the above steps to prevent security risks while new threats emerge
Join us in celebrating as we continue to spread awareness about cyberthreats and measures.
