A brand new Amada Orii America TP-80FX stamping press was recently delivered to a manufacturing plant in Tennessee. ISB MX4222-600 Safety Lights are mounted on ISB swing away mounting brackets with horizontal bar side panels to provide operator protection.

A shop full of new Merlin Press Brake Guarding Packages recently installed on Amada Press Brakes as far as the eye can see!

Another successful installation of an ISB RBPC Press Controller with Sof-Touch 2 Ergonomic Palm buttons and GPA Dual Safety Valve. The ISB MX4200 Safety Light Curtains are mounted on ISB Swing away mounting brackets with built-in lexan side panels. This package was integrated to the Minster press by Accu Tec Design in North Carolina.

Another quality integration of an ISB Resolver Based Press Control System and Merlin 3000 Safety Light Curtain was recently completed on a Mechanical Chicago D&K Press Brake by JM Engineering (www.jmengineering.com (508) 809-6069). Custom built heavy duty welded swing away Light Curtain Mounting Brackets with built-in lexan side panels and a custom built Motor Control Cabinet with built in RBPC Press Control are featured on the right side photo.

A brand new Komatsu E2W300 Straight Side Press was recently delivered and safeguarded with ISB MX4200 Safety Light Curtain Guarding. A vertical and horizontal set of safety lights and custom built mounting brackets were installed to properly safeguard the front and rear openings.

Several Betenbender Hydraulic Press Brakes were recently successfully retrofitted with Merlin 3000 Safety Packages. The Merlin Light Curtain Columns are mounted on custom built swing away mounting brackets with Lexan side protection. Safety Interface PLC Packages were also turn-key installed at this Texas Sheet Metal Fabrication Facility.
