Thank you to everyone who came to the Boundaries workshop today 🦋
Facilitating group experiences is one of my favourite things in the world, and witnessing the beauty, vulnerability, and connection we all experience is truly such a gift.
What an honour to be a Woman. ♥️

Boundaries don't always mean we are creating more distance between ourselves and others.

It doesn't mean we are pushing anyone away.

In fact, part of boundaries involves know how to ask for what we need and what we want to be experiencing.

This can be hard for us, especially if we have a difficult history with expressing ourselves.

If you want to explore the FEELINGS of safety as you practice boundaries, and you want to share and feel seen by women, come join us in person this Sunday.

We often hear the word Boundaries and we immediately think of this harsh fence or barrier that we need to put in place in order to feel protected or respected.

But boundaries are alive and can move and change depending on the situation and circumstance that we are in.

They can also be kind, gentle, and loving.

In fact, most of the time, they should be.

Harsh boundaries only need to be put in place when we are faced with harshness.

Otherwise, I want to invite you to think about boundaries as a flexible tool that is embedded with love.

Join me for an in-person workshop where you will be feeling (not just cognitively understanding) what it means to have boundaries, and how they can be beautiful.

Message me for deets, or click the link in the bio.

With love,
