If you’re feeling that pull or restriction, here is your mini-game plan to find relief:

🌡️ Heat: Use a warm pack or shower to boost flexibility.
🙌 Massage: Work on and around the scar to release tension.
🧘 Movement: Incorporate gentle rotational exercises.
💧 Hydration: Keep those tissues hydrated from the inside out.
