Our team is growing! This week, we are welcoming three new employees and we couldn’t be more excited about having them onboard. A little bit about the new hires…

- Jonathan is joining the team in a UX design role and has a strong sense of the impact of design in the business context. His ability to unify both stakeholder and consumer needs at every step of the process is sure to strongly influence design strategy and optimize systems as a whole.

- Bianca, the latest addition to the visual design team, will be bringing forward her multi-disciplinary background and strong graphic skills to craft compelling interface’s. Did we mention she even makes her own pottery?!

- Hajer (our very first UX Researcher), who has masters-level training in Digital Innovation and Behavioural Science from the University of Waterloo, will join the UX team and harness data to turn insights into psychology and evidence-based decision making.
