A boat party in December?? ❄️
Absolutely. And we loved every second of it.
Our team bundled up, braved the Montreal cold, and spent an unforgettable evening on a holiday cruise! We dressed to the nines, welcomed SMers from around the world, and shared an incredible moment together out on the water. ✨
First, a huge shoutout to our amazing HR team, Mayssa Ghoul and Ozan Yalçın, you outdid yourselves! This night was truly special thanks to you. 🙌
It was the perfect way to close out 2025: we danced, enjoyed delicious food and drinks, and took the time to celebrate a year full of growth, milestones, and shared success.
Now, we’re raising a glass to 2026, to new wins, bigger goals, and the continued growth we’re building together. 🥂

This past weekend, the Solutions Metrix team proudly participated in the Spencer C Duncan Make It Count Foundation 5K—a meaningful way to kick off the month and pay tribute to Spencer and all the courageous heroes who served in defense of our freedom.
Whether in Kansas or spread across North America, our team came together in spirit to honor the legacy of those who sacrificed so much. We are humbled and grateful to support a cause that reflects our core values of respect, community, and service.
