We use fresh, seasonal produce and ingredients to make home-cooked vegetarian dinners that feel as exciting as what you'd get at our favourite restaurants.

We work with local suppliers and make our pasta (and most of our breads) by hand.

If our cauliflower shawarma was a movie trope, she’d be the strong female lead. Marinated in harissa and charred to crisp-tender perfection, she’s bold, she’s spicy, and she’s always accompanied by her entourage: homemade pitas, homemade hummus, and homemade garlicky toum sauce. We give her five stars.

Say bonjour to our French onion soup. Timeless and très classique, this mysterious lady is rich, deep and has a few secrets burbling under the surface: umami-packed mushroom and red wine broth, tender white kidney beans, and three kinds of caramelised aliums. Top her with a baguette gratinée to soak it all up (and line your stomach for the martinis she all but demands to be served with).

Meat the faux-lognese. She may not be « real » Bolognese, but there’s nothing fake about this saucy gal. Slow-simmered cauliflower-mushroom ragu, creamy béchamel, mozzarella, and parm layered with our handmade pasta. We wish somebody would look at us the way looks at her.

We don’t want to anger any nonnas, but 3/4 carnivores surveyed agree that our spaghetti with mushroom & cauliflower faux-lognese is as good if not better than the real thing. And the fourth didn’t know he was eating vegetables at all.
