🤸‍♂️New Workshop: Change of Pace
🗓️ Saturday May 23rd, 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Inspired by the adaptability and duality of Gemini season, Kathryn is offering a 2 hour class that will explore the inner dialogue that comes up when there is polarity in movement: effort and ease, big and subtle sensations, grounded and expansive movements.

The practice weaves together fascia movement techniques, pilates, and mindfulness practices and uses playful transitions and changes in pace to open space to observe both physical sensation and emotional response with the intention of deepening your connection to how you move, respond, and adapt.

Come see what happens when the body begins to listen and respond in real time. Spoiler: It’s wonderful.
