We all know how important it is to start the day with high protein and fat. This one is good if you want to meal prep breakfast for the week. Just blend mangoes and cottage cheese to a pudding like consistency and top with nuts of your choice. If you dont have mangoes, even the pulp is a good option. Also works well with strawberries or blueberries.

Delighted to find the delicious Pomelo in a store today. It belings to the citrus family and is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre. Was used to the yellow variety in Dubai. This reddish orange one is equally great. Have you tried it? đ¨đŚ

Got 2 Bananas and 2 Eggs - Make flourless browniesâ

Ingredientsâ
2 Bananasâ
2 Eggsâ
4 tbsp cocoa powderâ
1 tsp baking sodaâ
â
Blend all the above ingredients and bake for 40 mins at 350 degrees. Once they cool down, refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into pieces and enjoy!â

Dark chocolate high protein smoothie! Yup dark chocolate is def my favorite. But the ingredients in this one are a surprise! Dark chocolate, chickpeas, spinach, flaxseed powder and oat milk topped with powdered hazelnuts. Absolutely delicious and filling! Can add half a banana to adjust the sweetness.

Thats a very dark hot chocolate but tastes awesome. Melted dark chocolate with nut butter, plant milk of choice and some cinnamon. Does wonders for cravings! â đ¨đŚ

Recipe for Chia Seed Kheer đâ

Milk of choice - I used coconut milkâ
Chia seeds - 3 tbspâ
A pinch of cardamom powderâ
A pinch of saffronâ
Some nuts of choiceâ
Some raisinsâ
Maple syrup or honey to sweetenâ
â
Mix all ingredients and store overnight. Enjoy the next day as breakfast or dessert!â
