Meet Coach Dani! 💪
You’ll usually find her working hard in the gym and always ready to take on a challenge - especially if it involves heavy lifting or pushing her limits. In fact, you’ll be able to catch her throwing down at TAG in just a few weeks! An inspiration both inside and outside the gym, we’re excited to help you get to know her a little better below. 👇
🎧 What’s your go-to gym playlist?
I don’t have a go-to playlist. I spend 10 minutes scrolling Spotify/SoundCloud, panic-pick one, and hope for the best
🏋️ What’s a movement you secretly love?
Heavy thrusters. Nothing humbles me faster, and apparently I enjoy that
👩🏫 What’s your favorite part about coaching a class?
Watching people hit goals they didn’t think they could and getting paid to yell motivational things
🍴What’s your go-to post workout snack?
Recovery is important. So whatever contains the most sugar

A few simple ways we can all help keep our gym safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone 👏
🏋️ Be mindful when dropping weights. While some equipment is ok to be dropped, others aren’t. If you’re ever unsure, check in with a coach - we’re happy to help!
🧤 Use chalk respectfully. A little goes a long way! Accidents happen, but if chalk gets spilled or a mess is made, please take a moment to clean it up.
🧺 Help keep our bathrooms ready for the next member. Please place used towels in the hampers provided and leave the space as you’d like to find it.
🧼 Clean and put away your equipment when you’re finished. A quick wipe-down and returning items to their proper spot helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Probably “let’s get it done!” or “dig deep!” near the end of a workout

I would have to say rowing 😅
🧑🏫 What classes are we most likely catch you coaching?
Usually the 5:45pm Hyrox and 6:45pm Pumpsesh, or sometimes a 4:45pm Performance class!
♾️ If you could only do one movement forever, what are you choosing?
Handstand walks... or burpees 🫣
