We had a blast being there for the opening night of Palette Rooftop Bar!🎉 Let me tell you, this place is gonna be our new go-to spot!👌🏻
First off, the food by Chef Jon Morrison is off-the-charts delicious!🤤 Every dish was bursting with flavor, and we couldn't get enough of those beef tartar sliders!🍔 And the cocktails?🍹 Let's just say we had more than a few rounds of the Lady in the Green Dress, which was so celery forward and refreshing.🥬
But it's not just the food and drinks that make this place special. The vibe is so chill and inviting, and the rooftop view is stunning!🌇 It's the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a romantic date with your significant other.

What a fun project! 😍 Can’t wait to share the after photos!

I decided to go by one of our flips on the way home from picking up groceries this week. This was a project that had been moving along great... until the dreaded window delay 🙁
But as you can see, the windows and doors are in! The new black exterior looks even better with brand new, crisp, white windows. Even the birch tree looks gorgeous! 😍😍😍
We're on the home stretch now. Excited for the big reveal !

Last week marked another special day for us. In our collaboration with we sold a property, paid out a lender, and started a JV Partnership. All on the same day! How you ask? Well here's a handy dandy infographic (loving these!) that shows you the basic model for how to go about this. It's essentially the BRRRR model, but instead of keeping the property in our own portfolio, we've decided to JV this one to a partner looking specifically for cash-flow. Why didn't we just keep the property and then keep all the cash-flow? Yes, it would nice to retain all the monthly profits, but sometimes it makes more sense to share!
I feel like this one deserves an extra special celebration. We were able to pay out some very special lenders on their very first private lending deal. They had a great experience and one of their first questions was, ok, what can we do with you next? (who doesn't like to hear that?!)
We also were able to match a JV Partner with a solid cash-flowing property after running into a few roadblocks out of the gate. That whole experience showed me how important it is to stay positive and to keep looking forward. Just because one opportunity doesn't work out, doesn't mean there isn't another one right around the corner!
This weekend was a time to be extra grateful for the amazing partners, investors, colleagues, and new friends in our lives. And to celebrate the wins!
