To my awesome teammates, awesome running together this weekend. It felt great to be part of such talent in one setting. Looking forward to our next race together!

Hello team, I was notified today that Louis Garneau is done with the production order and will be shipping out the rest of the gear/ uniforms tomorrow. If we are lucky we will get everything by Friday, but for sure Monday.

Anyone doing George Gallant 10k next weekend? I'll be there,...regardless of how my ribs feel.

Alex Boulé- I KNOW THAT GUY!!! 4:04!!!! Those track workouts are making you fast man!

I'm sad that I couldn't be there to join the fun out on the course today, but I am super proud of my teammates and what they managed to accomplish today in a world class field. Alexandre Boule did something that is a bit mind boggling this morning when he beat some pros and came in 10th overall!!! Lee Roy was not far behind, not only coming out with his personal best, but managed to get 20th overall despite major leg cramps on the run. Martin also did an amazing job out there, and came out as one of the best out of the water. On the women's side, Donna who is having a stellar year, managed to extend her successful year by coming 4th in her age category. Isabelle is always racing with a smile, and with today's performance, she should be smiling!!! Nancy not only did great herself, but managed to beat her best time by over two minutes. I'm extremely proud to race for My Bike Shop and have these athletes training and racing with me. Way to GO team!!!!!!

Our podium finishers at the Duncan Hadley Triathlon last weekend. Congrats Evan and Donna. Good luck to our athletes racing in Mont Tremblant tomorrow, I wish I was able to race with you all.

Awesome performances from our team again this weekend. Lee, Nancy ran strong in the 5k and Jean Marc Doiron in the 10k Rheal Hache, and today Donna Trites, Satish, and Evan did awesome in the Duncan Hadley this morning. Lets not forget our new teammates Martin Larose for the win in Moncton. Great job team!!!

And another fantastic performance from Isabelle Turner this morning, winning the 10k in a new personal best time of 42:33!!! Nothing feels better then starting a new day with such a performance! Way to go Isabelle, we are proud of you!
