Steve previously founded and operated a successful foundation and waterproofing company for over 20 years and brings decades of experience to our crew.

As a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and trained Home Inspector, Steve combines technical knowledge with real-world construction experience, adding even more depth to the inspections our clients rely on.

As we get ready to enter our third year in the industry, Adam and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what this past year has meant to us.
