The ASD-East Student Welcome Centre remains open: https://asdeast.nbed.ca/swc/ . The Student Welcome Centre can continue to assist you over the summer with the following:

✅ Transfers to another school district
✅ Out-of-boundary school requests
✅ Letters of enrolment
✅ Home schooling inquiries

In case you missed it with report cards on Friday, we’ve added here a copy of school supplies for next year!

As the Professional Learning Calendar Pilot enters its second year, AESD will continue to operate two school year calendars for 2026-2027. Schools that are participating in the Calendar Pilot are listed at the top of their calendar.

The calendars include important dates such as the first and last day of school, holidays, professional learning days, and school breaks as we prepare for another exciting year ahead. 💙

Students from Edith Cavell School proudly participated in the district wide Night of the Arts annual event held at Harrison Trimble High School in Moncton last night. Our Grade 4 and 5 students showcased their creativity and artistic talents alongside schools from across the district in this inspiring celebration of visual arts and music.

We are so proud of our students for sharing their hard work, imagination, and artistic expression with the community. It was a wonderful way to celebrate and end the school year!

Lost & Found Notice:

Attention all EC students and families, as we get ready to head into the last month of school for the 2025/26 year, we would like to give everyone the opportunity to find their lost items!

We’ve cleaned out the Lost & Found bin and placed items on tables in our school’s cafeteria. If you’re missing any of the items, please gather them by Friday, May 22! As always, please check in and out at the main office if you’re coming to gather items belonging to your child.

Reminder to families that there will be no classes tomorrow, Friday, May 15th, as staff across Anglophone East School District will be engaged in union meetings and professional development activities.

Schools will also be closed on Monday, May 18th for the Victoria Day long weekend.
