Just another day at the office.

This was an upgrade the customer was anxious to have completed. A little more girth in the cam section with some added insurance installing fueling lifters, and some fuel moto adjustable push rods. Next off to the dyno for some tuning.

Bin a busy couple days in the shop , valve checks and adjustment. Had a Triumph tiger 1200 for valves and cam timing service, exhaust valves were out , so removed cams switched out shims , re assembled re checked and clearances are now back in spec, then a 2024 GSX8S for valves and check over. This one as well had loose exhaust valves, so removed camshaft’s re shimmed re checked and back together.

Some really nice bikes in for service today, in for annual 26 point safety inspection, oil changes, and a full brake fluid flush.

Here is a golden oldie. This is a perfect example of what a regular maintenance schedule will result in. This bike is absolutely mint. Very rare to see these in this condition. Thanks Danny for the loyalty all these years , it’s a pleasure to work on your bike because I don’t get dirty lol.

We have twins.
This pair of Yamaha Raider’s are a very cool cruiser, big 240 tire on one and a 210 on the other I installed a riser extension kit on both , with all new steel braided brake lines and clutch line. Very clean fit and finish.
