Final cleanup at Brookside will be taking place today at 10:30 AM.

Please remove all vehicles from the circle in the middle of the courtyard, if possible, to allow the cleanup crew easy access and ensure the process goes smoothly.

Attention Tenants at 1019 Brookside Dr.

The plow crew will be on site this morning at 10:30 AM for final snow cleanup.

To help them work efficiently, please make sure:
• No vehicles are parked around the walking track
• No cars are blocking the pylons beside the garbage cans
• Vehicles are not parked in the middle circle

Keeping these areas clear will allow the crew to remove the snow properly.

As we wrap up 2025, I want to recognize the people who work 12-16 hour days alongside me to make our success possible. I certainly could not do this alone.

While we encountered challenges this year, every mistake was a valuable lesson that allowed us to evolve and move the company in the right direction. This dream requires immense hard work and sometimes feels impossible, but being able to do this every day with people I grew up with is something I wouldn't change for the world.

I am confident that the coming year will be amazing as we continue to improve and grow.

A fun project we've almost completed ✔️

Started with a deck that was crooked and a camper that was breaking the slide out and had no room to grade there drain to remove waste.

Now we've moved the camper, put down a new pad for the camper to sit on with a brand new deck to be enjoyed all summer long! ☀️
