Started this basement last Thursday. Framing done ✅ Electrical rough being finished today ✅ Plumbing rough in on Thursday ✅. This one will have two bedrooms with closets in each, a Craft Room with a massive closet, a three piece bathroom with a shower/ tub unit and a mechanical room. Stay tuned for before and after pics.

This was a 5 and a half week project for an amazing client who customized his own layout. We handled everything from start to finish with the help@of our friends over . Check out this stunning basement transformation. Stair day before and after. This transformation was Beyond satisfying to complete. Vinyl Plank treads with 1/4" risers painted white to match the trim and doors.

Sanding day in this beautiful start to finish basement build. We’re using our drywall sander to eliminate dust.

Do you have wood siding and rotted boards that need replaced? Don’t let it go on for too long or it may cause major issues.

In this case we removed the existing siding, removed the rotted sheathing and replaced the step fleshing on the roof line with a water diversion system that allows the water to flow into the gutter.

We then milled down rough cut lumber to match the profile of the old siding and tied everything in nicely. With a fresh coat of paint it’ll look like it was store bought.
