Instead of just resting between sets, I sometimes use an isocapnic breathing device to create mild hypoxia while keeping CO₂ slightly elevated.

WORLD RECORD 🏆 | 47.68 — Men’s 100m Butterfly
Huge congratulations to Josh Liendo 🇨🇦 — setting a new World Record in the 100m Butterfly at 47.68 seconds.
Josh was one of the early athletes to experience the O₂Max Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT) Program, where we focused on optimizing his ventilatory efficiency, CO₂ tolerance, and oxygen extraction to maximize performance under pressure.
