Do you recognize me? I am an older female found on Stave Lake road in Mission. I do not have a microchip or tattoo. Proof of ownership will be required, as well as knowing my unique feature!

Please note: Mission Veterinary Hospital will be closing at 3pm today for our annual staff Christmas Party. Regular hours will resume Monday at 9am.

Dear clients,

We know everyone is excited about the prospect of a mask free world, given the changes to the mask mandates tomorrow. However, for the time being, MVH will remain a mask mandatory practice while inside our building. This will give staff a chance to finish up their vaccine series, as well as we do have team members with compromised family at home that we do not want to risk. Please be kind and courteous and respect our workspace, as we would for you.

When it rains, it pours....

Our frozen pipes have developed into burst pipes. This has caused flooding of our main treatment area, surgery suite, pharmacy and food room. Please be patient with us this week as we try to assess damages, deal with damaged stock, and clean up. Surgeries may be postponed, but appointments should run as normal.

Like many Mission residents, our pipes have frozen and we have no running water. Being a hospital, we are unable to perform surgery this time. We will be closing at 1pm today due to staff safety (no bathroom facilities) and surgeries may be postponed this week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
