1. Cable drip loop - determines how the cable is connected and in case of rain, rain water will seep in the property or not
2. Mast height (pole) and condition - depends on roof pitch or slope
3. Mast support / bracing - supported properly or not

Shown is a Blown in Fibre Fill insulation. The insulation thickness is quite low. According to current standards thermal resistance value is R-60 which equates to 22 inch thickness
