Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine with cheese. The all keto pasta to satisfy my cravings!
250grams of pack@only contain 6 net carbs, 1 gram fat and 20 calories.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 packet Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine
1/2 Cup Mozzarella
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Chillie flakes to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Directions

1. Wash the tofu fettuccine with cold water for 2-3 minutes to remove the smell. Keep aside so the water drains out.
2. Melt the butter and add the tofu fettuccine and fry it for 2-3 minutes. More frying removes the tofu smell.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring.
4. Serve hot with any of your salad choice.

You can add cooked chicken, beef or prawn to give variations.

Ingredients

1 large head broccoli, chopped and steamed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1/2 cup Parmesan, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp plain tomato sauce
2 jalapeños

DIrections

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
* In a food processor, pulse steamed broccoli until grated. Squeeze water out.
* Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
* Transfer dough to a parchment-lined, greased baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust. Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes.
* Top with marinara, remaining cheeses and jalapeños and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more

Typical Achari Chicken (Pickle Chicken), Beef Pilao and Dal Makhni ( Butter Lentil ) for Eid Dinner. Achari Chicken was , it did had some tomatoes in gravy though. Eid Moo-barak❤️❤️!
