Ongoing Project - Beer Bottle Integrated Hardwood Coasters

I really enjoy making these and they can be made out of basically any kind of hard wood and embellished however you might like.

I have made a variety of sets so far and will absolutely make more if you give me an excuse. These ones are all Walnut but I have also made them from Oak and Bocote.

2023 Project - New Desktop for Standing Desk

Original desktop was just Melamine wrapped chip board

Final Desktop is a stained and clear water based poly coated combination of Pine and Poplar edging for durability.

2023 Project - New Frame for Bar Chalkboard

Original frame was ??? wood...I think...

Final Frame is Roasted Ash with White Oak corner splines and a water based Poly clear coat. Bottom edge of frame is wide enough to be a discreet chalk holder.
