🚨 Urgent call received at 10:30pm: utility power disconnected! 🚨 Investigation the next morning revealed a loose connection on one of the phases caused significant damage and melted the lug 🤯. Thankfully, the homeowner contacted Utility, and they deemed the situation unsafe, disconnecting power and preventing further damage! 💡 Powering through challenges, BAE Services worked together with ESA and the utility company to install a new meter base and get the lights back on by 1 pm. Thirteen hours after utility disconnected power.

Having trouble with your home service? Flickering or non-working lights may indicate a problem. Check if both phases are working by running an electric dryer or oven. If it doesn't heat up, you likely have a dropped phase. Contact utility, then give BAE Services a call

This was a fun panel change. All new feed from the meter base outside to the new 200amp panel inside.

This picture shows a new vent for their above range microwave. A couple holes to patch inside on the drywall but it exhausts like a charm now.

Assembled this fairly complicated antler chandelier the other day for a customer. Piece by piece, it came together over the span of 6 hours. It needs a few more bulbs still, but it turned out amazing!
