Thank you to GlobalMedic and the Canadian Red Cross for generously donating a fire skid to the Lower Nicola Indian Band Fire Department!
This portable firefighting unit will help us respond quickly to wildfires, grass fires, structure fires, and other emergencies in our community.
We are very grateful for your support and for helping us protect our members, homes, and lands.

Join us at the LNIB Fire Hall on April 22nd at 10:00 AM for another Coffee with a Firefighter!

Come down, grab a coffee, and spend some time connecting with your local fire department. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about what we do, and get to know the people who serve our community.

👨‍🚒 What to expect:

• Coffee and conversation with your local firefighters
• Tour of the fire hall
• Check out the trucks and equipment
• Fire engine rides around the community
• A chance for the kids (and adults!) to get up close with the trucks

Whether you’re curious about fire safety, FireSmarting your home, or just want to stop by and say hello — we’d love to see you there.

This is all about building relationships, sharing knowledge, and strengthening our community.
