Out for a early morning drive, I love seeing last year's Trumpeter Swans return whether they stay or move on.

One evening as I lay in bed, the enchanting calls of two loons echoed across the river, filling my heart with gratitude for the privilege of living near this breathtaking bird sanctuary. Many people cherish encounters with this species, and for good reason - did you know their legs are positioned near their back, making walking on land a considerable challenge, yet they effortlessly run on water and take to the skies with powerful wingbeats? The majestic loon embodies profound peace, serenity, and tranquility, serving as a divine link between the physical and spiritual realms. As the revered 'spirit of the north,' it personifies deep introspection, the revival of timeless dreams, and eloquent communication through its hauntingly beautiful calls. It stands as a guiding light in water-related subconscious journeys, illuminating the path to inner wisdom.
