Are you defined by your postal code?? Apparently yes, according Environics Analytics Prizm C2. As reported by the Toronto Star, we all (Canadians) fit into one of 66 neighbourhood-lifestyle clusters. Although, I must say, that the demographics on my street so diverse I have to wonder how we would be defined. I'll have to check.

How's the market? We're getting some confusing messages. How can prices be up when there are alot of sellers and very few buyers? I'd like to suggest, more buyers are purchasing higher priced homes. That pushes the 'average' selling price artificially higher.

Just a few more days and I get to visit my favorite 'hot' italian sandwich restaurant. Love the veal...mmmmm
