Markham Food Bank

Thanks you to all the York Region schools that donate to the Markham food bank! Today we picked up almost 900 pieces from Wismer Public School after their week long collection. Great job Wismer! These items will help members of our community in need.

Please be advised that the Markham Food Bank does not conduct any door-to-door outreach or request donations of food or money at your door.

We encourage everyone in the community to stay cautious. For your safety, we recommend being cautious when opening your door and please don’t give out money, food, or personal information to anyone making these kinds of claims..

If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact the YRP non-emergency police line.
