Get off the couch and go to Zumba! Trust me you won’t regret it…you are one Zumba class away from a better mood!
It’s a new year! Every day is a chance to improve and try something new. For me fitness in general has been so important for my physical and mental health but dancing specifically has had my heart since I was a young girl! It is truly healing, expression in motion, builds confidence, and has so many health benefits including improving brain health. Find that something that brings you joy and you will more likely stick to it…if you are already a dancer or part of the Zumba fam…keep on dancing and if you haven’t tried it…this is your sign to try something new! It just might be your new obsession!

Dylan and I had the pleasure of taking our good friend Bobby to see E.T the Extra Terrestrial with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra which won the Academy award for best score in 1983. Bobby had been excited about it for months and we all had such an amazing time! Ofcourse we had to go to the symphony in style with our matching tuxedo shirts! Thanks

Last nights Fall Dance Party was so much fun! Thanks to everyone that came out…even though the Blue Jays were playing 😉 We killed it on the dance floor and danced til we died haha… 2 more sleeps till Halloween! 🎃 Stay spooky! 👻

I had such an amazing time at the broadway show MJ the musical! To anyone that is thinking about watching it…please go see it…obviously it’s a must to have a talented cast that can dance and sing like the King of pop, let me tell you they did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations! The set design, costumes and story was just incredible! I would go see it again in a heart beat!
Best early anniversary gift ever! Happy 12 years hun! Love you to the moon 😘
