Intuflow Pilates in Markham offers clients group mat-based virtual and in-person private and semi-private reformer training. Join our new Circuit class!

Lynne is Merrithew trained with 20 yrs experience opened Markham’s first Pilates studio in 2005. Offering virtual pilates mat classes, in-person private reformer training, outdoor walking bootcamps, corporate wellness programs, alignment/life coaching and wellness retreats.

The combination of Pilates programming on the Reformer, in addition to other specialized Pilates equipment such as the and combine with a mat-based practice and our posture-focussed and muscle toning walking Boot Camp to create the perfect fitness and a structured practice.

Virtual classes on the mat are available Tuesday night and also through recordings as requested,

Walking Boot Camps run on Saturday mornings as weather permits.

Circuit, reformer classes, and private and duet sessions are available and available for pre-booking
