Geoscape Contracting
Developing Common Ground. Since 1986, Geoscape Contracting has gone from a small four man operation to a growing commercial landscape organization.
Our clients include large commercial and urban developers, with jobsites spanning across the GTA, from Burlington to Oshawa. We specialize in all aspects of commercial landscaping, including but not limited to; haulage, grading, plant installation, sodding, Compost & Seed application, as well as watering and maintenance during the warranty period.
Our new trail system tied into some existing asphalt, but the old section wasn’t going to cut it for the finished project.
So out it comes.
$200,000 in lights sounds wild until you walk a trail in the dark.💡This park isn’t just being built for a sunny Saturday afternoon.
The town wants people to be able to use it safely at night too, so this trail system is getting 24 light standards and fixtures throughout.
It’s one of those things you don’t think much about when it’s there. But you’d notice real quick if it wasn’t. 👷♂️
Would you use your local park more if the trails were lit at night?
We might be a little biased toward this one...
But the D6N Cat is our #1 dozer in the company! 🙌
There’s a big difference between hiring a sub and building a relationship with one. 👷♂️
We look for crews we can trust when timelines are tight, plans shift, and the site needs to keep moving.
Punctuality matters. Quality matters. And when last-minute things come up, having the right people around you makes a big difference.
Good relationships are built over time. 🤝
What makes a subcontractor worth calling back?
The good weather is here, and that means projects are moving in a big way. Over at Meadowridge Park, the shade structure installation is complete. ✅
When your coworker brings you a decaf coffee after you stayed up late watching Apex 😂☕
At least he calls back… eventually. 😂📞
Shade, washrooms, trails, playground, sports fields… what matters most to you? 👇
We swear, he’s at least listening 😂😂
This is the stage where a park starts to look like a park.
Lots of progress at📍 Meadowridge Park in Oakville these past few weeks.
Electrical poles are in, granular has been placed, Moloks are installed, and the washroom building now has HVAC, plumbing, and electrical completed. ✅
Now we’re starting to topsoil the entire site.
Stay tuned for more progress updates!
