We recently hosted a Sideline Sam Day at the office, bringing together team members from across the Toronto area to pick up their very own Sams!

It was a great opportunity to connect in person, enjoy some delicious food, and celebrate our community.

For those unfamiliar, Sideline Sam is one of Harris' reminder characters designed to encourage action and engagement. Sam represents the importance of stepping off the sidelines, embracing change, and taking action even when the path forward isn't completely clear. As we continue to explore the opportunities AI presents, Sideline Sam serves as a daily reminder to stay curious, ask questions, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and take that step toward growth and innovation.

In a rapidly changing world, doing nothing is also a decision. Sideline Sam reminds us to lean into what's possible, embrace learning, and remain accountable for our craft while supporting one another along the way.
