Good morning Back2Lifers!!๐Ÿ˜Š

Iโ€™m pleased to announce my collaboration with who is bringing you Mid day moves is designed to help you stay active and healthy all from the comfort of your home!

A lot of fantastic fitness and health professionals will be participating on a weekly basis and my date is Feb 11 2021. Time to be confirmed but it will be mid day, hence the name ;)

My segment is called Set against Sedentary. What does this mean? Weโ€™ve all been sedentary more than weโ€™d like to admit, especially with covid 19 forcing many of us to stay inside more than ever.

My goal in this segment is to show you a few exercises and tips to set you against being sedentary.

Hey Back2lifers! Coach Matthew here. It's been a while! I hope you're doing well.

The pandemic has allowed us to pivot only a little bit.

We've always been by appointment only.

Our space is semi private. You are only allowed inur space if you are with your trainer. This keeps social distancing easy.

We continue to focus on the cleanliness of our equipment and common surfaces. Every surface used during our session will be sanitized before and after use.

In the face of adversity we will get you the results you're looking for. It's what we do.
