The is a revolving bar in Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans' French Quarter.
Installed in 1949, the 25-seat circular bar rotates at a rate of one revolution every 15 minutes. A must see when you visit!

Krewe of Bacchus. A newer Krewe formed in 1968, it's one of many Parades with 100s of floats that run thorough Uptown New Orleans on St. Charles Street during Mardi Gras!

I came back from my latest trip to Thailand feeling different. I felt as if I had made a quantum leap in personal growth. Maybe it was the food, amazing weather, massages, loud sounds, or brutally honest Thai culture. I mean buddhist teaching do promote seaking 4 noble truths about suffering. Whatever it was, it truly brought me a feeling of being closer to my authentic self then I have ever been before. 🤯

That said, the spiritual journey continues........

Country #41 South Korea. Got to spend the day in Seoul on a layover coming home from Thailand. Really loved what I saw in my limited time. I even got to have some traditional Korean BBQ in the Hongik University area. Got an amazing reco from talking to a nice girl on the train in. A Thai national studying Korean, pretty random.
Recently, I revised my country list and realized that I had only been to 41 (because a bunch of places were territories of other countries ie: Wales, Puerto Rico, USVI, etc) So the quest for 50 before 50 is still in play. Maybe I'll get to 100 before 100. 🙃😉🙃😉
