Meal time is always a bit of process in our house! With 11 regular mouth to feed + 3 fosters from our Cowboy has his paws full making sure everyone gets the food they like & the supplements they need 💪

I just have to be careful he doesn’t trick me into giving his bowl an extra scoop 😼

Our Chlo🐻 has brought us another cat in need of help. An incredibly special one 🥹

For the last couple of months, a young stray cat had been visiting a wonderful local family’s home. They’d been feeding her and looking out for her when they noticed she’d gone from incredibly skinny to quite plump.

Hoping she belonged to someone, they took her to the vet to check for a microchip. They posted in local lost and found groups, asked neighbours, and did everything they could to find her family.

No one came for her.

Instead, they found out she’s a very young mama-to-be who’s due to give birth any day.

Knowing she had nowhere else to go, they reached out to see if Watson's Wish could help.

And that’s how this sweet girl came into our care and is now our second Chloe’s Corner Cat 🖤

Midnight is finally safe, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful she’ll have a warm, quiet place to bring her babies into the world.

But I could really use your help.

I’ve tried to keep the fundraising side of Watson’s Wish off my personal/pet pages, but the reality is Watson’s Wish is still growing and just doesn’t have the reach yet.

Midnight needs vet care, good food, and supplies to care for herself and her babies. If you’re in a position to donate, it would mean the world to me and to Midnight. Truly, even $5 makes a difference! When enough people give even a little, it means Midnight gets a safe place to raise her babies, and Watson’s Wish can keep saying yes to the next animal that needs us.

We have the best mews! Livvy has officially been adopted! 🎉

Livvy is not only the very first Chloe’s Corner cat to find her forever home, but also the very first Watson’s Wish rescue to be adopted. A momentous occasion 🙌

Livvy came to us as an owner surrender at almost 12 years old. At an age when many senior pets are overlooked, she found someone who saw just how special & worthy she is. One of the amazing team members at the vet hospital fell head over heels in love with her and is giving her the forever home she truly deserves.

We are especially grateful that Livvy didn’t have to wait long. She was understandably very unsure with everything changing around her, and knowing she was able to leave all that behind and settle into a loving home so quickly is the greatest gift we could have hoped for.

To Livvy’s wonderful new mom, thank you for opening your heart and home to a senior cat. Thank you for seeing her value, embracing her exactly as she is, and giving her the chance to enjoy the happy, peaceful life every animal deserves. Now she gets to spend her golden years surrounded by comfort, safety, and unconditional love.

Even though Livvy was only with us for a short time, we are honoured to have been a small part of her journey. We are so grateful we were in the right place at the right time to save this sweet girl and wish Livvy and her new mom many happy years together.
