Our Silent Auction closes tomorrow night, and one of the most meaningful items in this year’s auction is this beautiful collaboration with Sid Dickens - Official Page.
For years, Sid Dickens has generously supported the Children's Heart Network of BC by donating special heart pieces for our heart kids to paint with love, creativity, and joy. Each year, a unique tile is created, helping raise thousands of dollars in support of children and families living with congenital heart disease.
These photos capture some of the magic behind the project: little hands painting, creating, and being part of something truly meaningful.
By bidding in our Silent Auction, you are helping support heart families across BC while celebrating a partnership that has touched so many lives over the years.
Auction closes tomorrow night, so don’t miss your chance to bid! Link in profile.

🩵Meet Ariya James♥️
"She is currently 16 months old Born with HLHS and severe AVS, Ariya’s life has been a series of mountains to climb.
Her fight started at just six days old with the Norwood procedure. What followed was a whirlwind of hurdles: a Sano stent, an emergency BTT shunt after she developed Hypoxemia, and the terrifying complication of a blood clot. For weeks, her little chest remained open as she fought through every setback.
After six long months inpatient, Ariya finally tasted the fresh air of home. This last May, she conquered her Glenn procedure. While the road to recovery included three months on oxygen and a follow-up heart cath, she has now been home for six months and is thriving.
From weaning off heavy medications to her current goal of transitioning from her G-tube to eating by mouth, Ariya never stops pushing. She is a fighter." - Ariya's mom

Please meet Lucas!
"Lucas is one of the most joyful kids you will meet with a love for life. He has been a brave warrior through his heart surgeries and ongoing care, and he never lets his CHDs limit him. In fact, this year he even joined his school’s cross country running team. I can’t begin to describe the joy I feel watching Lucas participate in these activities and sports as there was a day I wasn’t sure he would get to do any of it. We can’t imagine our life without Lucas and we are so thankful for all of the healthcare professionals that have assisted us (and continue to do so) through his care journey. " - Lucas' mom
