So, being a guardian of your own light is going to be very important in these years to come. It is very important that no matter how much you are helping, no matter how much you are assisting, no matter how much you are the crisis first-responder to others who are in physical or emotional need, it is vital when you are a galvanized light worker, that you are able to play in the light. Whether playing in the light to you means making sure that you put your body into a body of water every day or multiple times a week, because that is what lights you back up; whether that playing in the light is literally jumping around the house playing, singing. Whatever it takes to keep your light galvanized will be very important in the years to come.

A dear friend asked me why was grief getting worse with time not easier.

Good question.

This was my answer

I think it’s both. The past and all of its sadness and happiness and now? The whole world is living in fear and grief. As empaths … we experience all of that energy . Plus …. Mother Earth is doing her best to survive the continuous assault on her. Father sky ? Also in a stste of uncertainty.
The wise ones and sages have written about theses times and shared that for those on the planet at this time. We chose to come at this time exactly because we knew how much we are needed.
Yikes
But they inspire us also in reassuring us that we are totally capable of raising the vibration of this situation .
But only after we’ve been able to see the long list of distractions by way of trauma that we’ve been bombarded with all of our lives.
If we can remember that what we are going through…. What we are feeling?
It’s not only our sadness.
It is the whole universes sadness.
We can make a huge difference once we address the universal sadness .
Mostly we are all distracted and centered on our own personally experienced grieving.
The reason our grief seems intense and increased is because it’s not just ours we are feeling.

So what can we do.
Use our imagination to create .
Worry fear resistance …. It’s us using our thoughts …. Our IMAGINATION our focus to feel the fear of what could be next .
We need to use our imagination to see and feel a world in which we feel safe and loved and authentic.
Resist no thing
Instead persist on the energy of love.
The answer to every question is always LOVE.
Be the light…
