In this boss lady’s heart I’m so thankful to have our local chamber .meadows.chamber the heart of our town. Truly the work behind the scenes by them was incredible . They totally transformed the already beautiful venue at Whonnock Lake to something so magical. The food was amazing and we were honoured to have our flowers apart of this special evening. We also had our flowers gracing the tables at a special fundraiser . It means so much to us to create table scapes which we always hope will add to already amazing visions . As a long time business owner I’m so grateful to learn new ways from so many up and coming new businesses. One of my absolute from the heart favourite monents is encoursging, supporting and rejoicing in others successes . At this Wonen in business event we heard a panel of business owners share their journeys with great delight. Thank you for sharing this special time with all of us. This new month of June is always a special month for us because it’s the time our very own dream became a reality. On June 11th we will share a little of how it was beginning a new business 26 years ago. Thank you to our community for supporting us, trusting us and believing in us. Although we are not a down town business we do feel we are in the heart of our community. This boss lady is always ready to learn and also support so many new businesses in the heart of our town. Our first set of flowers headed out at 8.00 am this morning followed by a pick up by a beautiful family for their sisters engagement party down Vancouver . With so many grad corsages and boutoniers already for pick up we had to carefully make sure that we kept one aside for our always gift to those special people who turn 100 years old. This one is a wee different as we missed her 100th last year so celebrating her 101st birthday with our beautiful flowers in her favourite colour today. Once again our flowers have already arrived to their venue . It is a sad day for a dear family amidst our community and may our flowers bring Gods Peace that passeth all understanding. Holding all of this family tight in my heart and so very grateful we are here in our corner with our flowers at these grieving times for so many xx 💜😇🙏🌸💕🌺🌻💜

In one more sleep there is another community event hapoening ….. can you guesss which one……. We are excited to reveal our centrepieces so authentically created for each table here we are always imagining and pulling ideas from our hearts . These centrepieces will be created in our always westgate flower garden style and so onwards we go making sure every creation allows our flowers to shine. 💜💜 💜🙏🌻🌼💕🌸😇💜

When we opened our flower garden in June of 2000 we knew we wanted to share our flowers with the world. We also wanted everyone to know what the beauty of just one flower can do for our hearts…. we also knew however thst we were opening just a wee store and so how did we believe we could share our flowers with so many…… this video is just one example of our sweet little flower garden not stopping us from sharing with our world. Sometines we wonder how we do all we do snd how we fit all we fit!!!! The key was….. We had a business plan and a strong vision which continues to hold strong almost 26 years later. A few days ago we headed to the where we were so blessed to share our flowers with an amazing group of participants . They each created their own version of a “whimsical delight” and it was our honour to share some tips so as everyone could enjoy their flowers in their gardens and be an artist. Thank you to the ACT and also to everyone who turned up. You were all a true blessing to our hearts 💜🌻🌼🙏🇨🇦🌸🌺💜
