It's back! Our cocktail bar in the forest returns this year on Saturday July 18!

Joins us and Swallow Tail Tours' Chef and Sommelier, Robin Kort, for a summer drink under the forest canopy. Chef Robin Kort's summer wild harvest will be extracted into syrups, tonics, and bitters to make an immersive forest cocktail menu.

We’ve got two exciting summer camps just for teens ages 13–16:

🦉 Ecology Camp | July 13–17
Explore the forest, learn about local ecosystems, conservation and environmental stewardship, practice mindfulness, and learn about cooking with wild ingredients.

🔥 Survival Skills Camp | August 4–7
Build confidence outdoors while learning practical wilderness survival skills, trip planning and preparedness, basic first aid, navigation, and more.

These camps are perfect for teens who love nature, adventure, and spending time outside! Spots are limited so register early to save your place.

Weekly Forest School:
*Mondays: age 3-5
*Tuesdays: age 5-7
*Wednesdays: age 5-12
*Thursdays: age 5-7
*Fridays: age 8-10

Ready to spread your wings into the world of birding?

Join us for an engaging Birding & Bird Ecology Workshop designed for aspiring and novice birders alike! Start with an online session on June 3 to learn the basics of bird identification, ecology, and conservation, then head into the forest on June 7 for a hands-on field session where you’ll put your new skills into practice.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be working toward confidently identifying 20–30 common bird species while gaining a deeper appreciation for the incredible birds around us.

Light refreshments will be provided during the field session.
