I know I haven’t posted I’m a while but I couldn’t resist sharing this from my recent visit to the in Santa Rosa, CA.

We see your super human strength and perseverance, your heartbreak and anxiety, your joy, and your sacrifice. May you feel seen and special and loved today. May you take a moment’s rest and appreciate yourself and all the parts of you that show up and just keep on keeping on 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We love you!!!
