Garbage truck didn't see the cement block and pushed it in to the hose bibs. Moved block, painted orange and fixed broken pvc. Good as new

nothing better then a hot shower after a long days work. hows your hot water tank? whens the last time u inspected your tank? any discharge or signs of leaking? it might be time to consider a upgrade.
