Westview Secondary PAC

If you are a current grade 11 parent, and you have a couple of hours you're willing to donate to us - we need your help! :)

The grade 12's graduation ceremony is Tuesday June 9th, and if they can get 5 parent/adult volunteers from 4-9pm to help out (I believe they said in the parking lot, showing people where to park etc?) then they will donate $1000 towards our kids Dry Grad for next year. So if your child is in grade 11, this is a great way to volunteer now and help raise money for our kids graduation next year! There are 3 people signed up so far but they need 5 (so we are short 2 people).

Last night a new PAC was voted in for the 2026/2027 school year and we have a full team - welcome all the new members and we are so excited to have an amazing, strong team for the next school year!!

7pm tonight in the library - last PAC Meeting of the school year. This meeting is open to all new grade 8 parents whose children will be starting in September as well!

S.O.S!! We need a couple people to step up and help us out 🙂

Two of the main execs have children going into grade 12 and will be focussing on dry grad come September - and we need people to fill the roles or Westview will lose out on the gaming Grant - the gaming Grant is how we are able to provide funds to clubs, sports teams, field trips etc. and without a PAC, we won’t receive the gaming Grant so the students will suffer.

No experience is necessary, as the 2 execs will be there for this next school year to help and mentor people….

Our next (and last) meeting of this school year is Mon May 25 at 7pm and we would love - AND NEED- for you to come on out and volunteer if you’re able! 💕🙏🏻 It’s super fun and informal and honestly not much time required. At all! 😊

For those who ordered flowers, pickup is today at Westview! They were delivered early, so they're already ready for pickup! We will be there until 2pm or until all orders are picked up, whichever comes first. :)
