A huge win for Cougars Joel at Volleyball Nationals this past weekend bringing home gold in their tier! They went 8-1 throughout the whole tournament winning 16 out of 21 sets and ranked 12 teams higher than they went in places. Way to go girls, we are so proud of you and all of your accomplishments!! 🥳🥳🥇🥇

A huge congratulations to Cougars 14U boys who battled hard and showed outstanding teamwork throughout the tournament. They received a Silver Medal at Nationals in Tier 5🥈🥈. We are all so proud of their effort and their representation of the club. Way to go boys!!

Our 18U Girls at Volleyball Nationals in Calgary. Being in the PM wave means that you have time to go to an escape room for some pre game team bonding. The girls completed the room with the second fastest time out of over 3,000 groups of players. Way to go girls!! And we are glad that you guys had a fun time at your last nationals together!

Cougars is super excited to announce the release of more summer programs. High performance and Foundations programs can be found on the website, and more will be added by the end of the weekend, so keep your eyes open!! We can’t wait to see all of you there!! GO COUGARS!!

Cougars have been eating good at Provincials these past few weekends. Enjoying the sunshine and some sweet treats, has been the key to success for these cougars. And that remains true for Cougars Yash!
