I'm thankful to be offered an opportunity to work for an amazing company that have given our family a second chance at a new beginning . It's been one full year of closing our restaurant and starting this new path . I am thankful for all of our supporters who have rooted us on and continues to follow our journey . 2025 was all about new beginnings and change . It was scary starting something new that I had absolutely no idea what to expect in car sales . To be honest I love it so much . I have met so many amazing people which is the best part of my job . When I used to serve for 25-30 years and manage the original Paliotti's I was so lucky to meet so many amazing people / customers / friends . Then when I opened the restaurant in 2019 for Paliotti's Westside I realized soon after I was not meant to be in a kitchen 12 hours plus a day . It was emotionally draining and I really missed talking to my customers . I couldn't spend time with my kids the way I wanted too . Nothing was balanced at all . From 2019-2024 I lost that time with myself and my family . Although I truly enjoyed making you all happy with cooking you meals and vegan treats etc . I was missing just being me and getting back to talking and laughing and great conversations again . 2025 was a new beginning for this new chapter . It was all about learning new things . It was scary but so happy I made the decision to change .
I'm saying this I have gotten some Ingredients and containers to make a few vean things but
On a much smaller scale . My only issue is finding the time to make it ! But I will 🙂
