🎂 A little reminder about cake & platter pickups

When you book a pickup time, we plan our preparation, staffing and workspace around your order. Special pickup arrangements can mean coming in early or shifting other orders and tasks to make yours a priority.

Finished cakes and platters also need plenty of storage space. When pickups are delayed, that space stays occupied, and moving completed orders around creates a greater risk of damage. We want your order looking just as lovely when it leaves as when we finished it! ❤️

🕒 Please collect your order at your booked pickup time.
📞 Running late? Please call before your pickup time. If you know your plans have changed, let us know as early as possible—ideally the day before—so we can confirm a new arrangement.

👉***A $30 late fee now applies to cake and platter orders collected after the booked time without a call beforehand. ***

We understand unexpected delays happen. A little communication helps us care for your order and keep everyones day running smoothly.👍

Thank you for respecting our team’s time, care and space. 🇮🇹❤️

Our imaginary new marketing department has a box of crayons and a very reasonable budget. 🍪😂

“I was paid one cookie to make this ad. Worth it.”

Spelling? Checked.
Cookie? Gone.
Next ad? Currently negotiating for two cookies. 🖍️

Sometimes you don’t need fancy advertising. Just a delicious sandwich, a little something sweet, and someone who REALLY likes cookies.🫵

Pop into Bella Nonna’s for your own taste of “worth it.” ❤️
