Happy Saturday! ✨ The stand is stocked with some bright mason jars arrangements this weekend as well as mixed bouquets with beautiful dahlias. We’re gonna close a bit early today for a family event so please stop by anytime before 4pm. We’ll be back open 10am-dusk on Sunday. 💐

Special orders are my fav… when you opt for “farmer’s choice” that gives me the freedom to wander the field and pick a palette based on what catches my eye. In this large vase arrangement, I started with Larks Ebbe dahlia and went from there. Thank you W for your order and support of my small farm biz 🙌✨

As we enter the second half of summer the farm is in a funny transitional period where there’s lots of flowers to harvest, a few beds to flip and prep for fall panting, seeds to be started, weeds to pull and watering watering watering… hard to keep up with it all at times so it’s best just to go with the flow and hold on tight! 🎢
If you fancy a summer sunset in bouquet form, the stand will be open all weekend so stop by and grab a bunch for your week ahead. 🌅

Would it be a proper long weekend without some rain in the forecast? 😅 At least I don’t have to water the gardens for another day or so.

Whew last nights mid-July rain storm had me searching for my rain boots this morning and this afternoon’s sunshine had me shedding layers and wishing I had put sunscreen on my arms. ☔️🌞
All in all, a pleasant day to harvest some blooms for the stand this weekend. Pink pink and more pink… it doesn’t get much more pretty than this my friends. 🌸
Bouquet ingredients include “white swan” echinacea, feverfew, madame butterfly snapdragons, sweet william, frosted explosion grass, double white nigella (saved seeds), forever happy statice, and sweet pea vines. Mental note to self… grow more white echinacea 📝
