Today, Rowbust was honoured to be invited to participate in the Relay for Life event at Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute.

It was truly inspiring to see so many students come together in support of the fight against cancer through the Canadian Cancer Society. Their energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a difference remind us that hope and community are powerful forces in the cancer journey.

Thank you to IDCI for including us in such a meaningful event. We are proud to stand alongside everyone working toward a future without cancer. 💗

Today marked our first dragon boat festival of the 2026 season! 🐉💗

Did we bring home medals? No.
Did we have an absolute blast? Absolutely!!

The Toronto Women’s International Dragon Boat Festival at Heart Lake in Brampton has been our favourite way to kick off race season for many years — and we’re pretty sure that tradition is here to stay!

From the first 500m race, to the excitement of the 200m knockouts, to grinding through the 2km races, both of our crews raced hard, supported each other, and had an incredible day on the water.

And newbie Katie… you’ve officially drunk the kool-aid. Welcome to the world of dragon boat racing! 🚣‍♀️💪

Rowbust and Pendragons paddlers came together on beautiful Fanshawe Lake for an intensive training camp with Kamini and Susan of Right Angle Performance — getting race ready for the 2026 season! 🐉

There are definitely some tired bodies and sore butts tonight 😅, but every stroke, every drill, and every challenge made us stronger. The hard work is already showing, and we can’t wait to see what this season brings!

A huge thank you to our amazing coaches Cheryl and Sue, along with all of our volunteer sterns and coach boat drivers who helped make this weekend possible. Your dedication, support, and energy created one incredible experience and the perfect start to our season!

⛳️🏌️‍♀️ The golfers brought the energy to the 15th Annual Rowbust Golf Tournament today — and the course was full of smiles, laughs, and a little friendly competition! 💗

From great shots to great company, today was another incredible reminder of what makes this tournament so special — an amazing community coming together to support Rowbust. 🐉

Thank you to all of our golfers for showing up, having fun, and helping make this tournament another huge success. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and new supporters out on the course today!
