All that years I refused to make my own birthday cake. This year I finally gave in and made it myself.

Short recap of how I made one of my recent cakes. Important task was to achieve the perfect roundness and right texture, and I didn't worry much about the ganache cracking, (you can see on this video) It cracked because of not carving the cake enough and the softness of the cake didn't help. If you don't want this to happen make sure to shave your cake at least half an inch ❤️ . . To smooth out the ganache I used @sweetsticksau1 smothers, it was bending enough for me to achieve roundness.
