ARF’s Oliver and Kai are starting off today’s Meet and Greet at Stella Strong Family Fun Day with all proceeds to Childcan!!! Come out and support a great cause and meet a full line up of adoptable ARF dogs!

Adoptable ARF dogs are SO excited to attend the Stella Strong Family Fun Day on Saturday, June 13th with all proceeds benefiting Childcan!!!
Oliver will be attending from
from 11 - 12 pm!
Roy and Keelee will be making their ARF debut from 12 - 1 pm!
Harold, Louie and Kai can’t wait to meet everyone from 1 - 2 pm!
And Farley is excited to celebrate the last hour of an amazing event from 2 - 3pm!
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday at Fountain Tire (480 Wonderland Road) to support a great cause and learn all about the adoption option!

Heartbreaker Alert! Meet Roy, a fine and fabulous pup who is all set to secure his place in your good books. This wee black & tan looker is so excited to show you how the rescued life has helped him excel in the art of awesome.

Roy is a typical active youngster, preferring to zoom around outside whilst he plays with crunchy sticks, tug toys, and any kind of plush squeaky item that appears in his track. When he plays hard he also naps hard, and does so in his comfy crate without hesitation. He makes no fuss when asked to be crated at nighttime or when his people slip out for short periods. Roy’s training is progressing well for potty time outside, and he is most successful when let out often. Leash walking skills and recall are also being worked on, and his future adopter will have fun continuing this positive-based training for maximum results. As a young fella, Roy just needs time to grow and to establish his routines. No problemo!

Roy is a social dude and loves to be around people, kiddos, and other friendly dogs. He’s not had any kitty critter experience yet, but given his joyful personality that might work out too. Roy is ready and excited to meet his forever family. He has been vaccinated, microchipped, and has received flea & tick preventative meds. His adoption fee is $600 with an opportunity for a $200 reimbursement when he is neutered (conditions apply). Hi folks! I’m Keelee and boy are you going to want to meet my sweet face!

I came into ARF’s care with my sibling and we sure hit pay dirt when that happened. Foster care has been a wonderful experience and it has given me the confidence to blossom at my own speed with the target of finding my forever home. Here’s the scoop on how well I’ve done; I’m an absolute champ at sleeping, napping, and doing it all in my comfy crate at nighttime or when my humans go out for short periods. I’m working hard on my potty training and it’s great when my people let me outside on the regular and reward me positively when I’m successful at it. Next on my “almost-accomplished” list is leash walking and recall. My adoptive home will have a ball continuing this training and I’m sure I’ll become an expert with practice.

I’m what you call a social butterfly. I love all humans, including the kiddos! Other friendly doggies… no problem, and no special intros required! I’ve not met a kitty critter yet, but perhaps they could be my next best buddy? My passion is playing outside with squeaky things, rope toys, and crunchy sticks. Like most pups, regular exercise is recommended to keep me fit and entertained. I’m up for any play date!

Exciting update! Drawings have been created by our volunteer’s 3 and 6 year old grandsons and are Inky and Tattoo approved!!!
Grandma has accepted the dare so we just need to raise $2000 and she will have them tattooed by the amazing Tattoos!
We’re so close to reaching our goal so please keep sharing and donating towards the Dare Tatttoo Fundraiser!
All proceeds go to ARF and Canfix and help pups like Inky and Tattoo and prevent sickly litters.
Let’s help grandma get some new ink to help two great causes!
