Testing some thick chocolate chip cookies this morning, and this beautiful, luscious and delicious thing just came out of my oven! Bless who came up with the (not so new) idea of making thick cookies with a truck load of add-ins.

Here’s my first ever custom cookie set, all for baby Rebecca’s baptism this weekend. I’m happy by how it ended up turning out but I’m confident my next sets will look better, just need to keep practicing!

Beurre noisette crust | Creme d'amandes | Apple compote | Tonka cream | Apple curls

My three new babies are out this week. I can't believe how fast everything has happened and I couldn't be more excited with these desserts.
This one, Green Apple and Fennel is my favorite out of the three. I love the colors, the flavors and how everything came together at the end: an apple dessert that tastes like Summer and not Fall. Super refreshing and tasty!
